Zhang Dongshuo (张东烁)

I am currently working as a Research Associate at the HMGICS-NTU-A*STAR Corp Lab with Prof. Kong Wai-Kin Adams. I’m also a soon-to-graduate Ph.D. candidate at the CCDS, NTU, Singapore, under the supervision of Prof. Lam Siew Kei. My research focuses on AI for Robotics, with a particular interest in Robot Localization and Perception, Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM), and Visual Place Recognition (VPR).

Before NTU, I earned my M.S. in Electronic Information Engineering (EIE) from City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) in 2019, under the supervision of Prof. So Hing Cheung (IEEE Fellow).

I also worked as an algorithm engineer at CamSense from 2017 to 2018, and as an embedded software engineer at RoboMaster, DJI from 2016 to 2017.
